Corporate profile

We don't start with products. We start with requirements.

Every engagement begins with the operational challenge: what needs to be achieved, by whom, and under what conditions.

From there we research technologies internationally, identify qualified manufacturers and solution providers, establish the right partnerships, and develop a solution aligned with Malaysian requirements.

Our process

From requirement to capability, in eight stages

TWZ's role starts before a tender exists and can continue long after delivery.
  1. Stage 1: Discover

Understand operational requirements, emerging needs and potential opportunities.

  2. Stage 2: Research

Evaluate available technologies, manufacturers, standards and possible approaches.

  3. Stage 3: Engage

Connect directly with technology owners, manufacturers and specialised solution providers.

  4. Stage 4: Partner

Establish strategic partnerships, representation, OEM arrangements or project collaborations.

  5. Stage 5: Localise

Align technology, specifications, documentation, certification and compliance with Malaysian requirements.

The partnership and localisation work is done before a tender is pursued, so the solution put forward is already aligned with Malaysian requirements.

  6. Stage 6: Pursue

Develop appropriate proposals and participate in relevant procurement opportunities.

  7. Stage 7: Deliver

Coordinate manufacturing, logistics, implementation, commissioning and training.

  8. Stage 8: Support

Provide ongoing technical, operational and lifecycle support where applicable.

Technology scouting

We go where the solutions are.

TWZ's management travels to meet technology owners and manufacturers, and explores international exhibitions, technology showcases and specialist industries to find capabilities relevant to Malaysia.
